After navigating my own season of rebuilding, I realized how many women are trying to rediscover themselves, create income, rebuild confidence, and hold everything together all at the same time.
Before launching Strong Consulting, I spent years in sales, business development, hospitality, and entrepreneurship helping businesses grow through strategy, relationships, and revenue-focused systems.
Now, I help women simplify the chaos, clarify what makes sense for this season of life, and create stable income through practical strategy, confident sales, and strong foundations.
Because rebuilding should feel honest, sustainable, and aligned with real life not performative or overwhelming.
Why I Created Strong Consulting
There was a season of my life where everything felt uncertain at once.
I was rebuilding personally, emotionally, financially, and professionally, while also trying to show up for my daughter, make smart decisions, and figure out what my next chapter was supposed to look like.
What I realized during that season was this:
a lot of women are quietly carrying the pressure of rebuilding their entire lives while still being expected to function like everything is fine.
And most of them do not need more noise.
They need clarity.
Before creating Strong Consulting, I spent years working in sales, hospitality, business development, and entrepreneurship — helping businesses grow through strategy, relationships, and strong client experiences.
But rebuilding my own life shifted the way I saw business completely.
I became less interested in hustle and more interested in sustainability.
Less interested in appearances and more interested in alignment.
Less interested in doing more and more focused on building stronger foundations.
